At Princess Betty Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear after use.

1-Year Warranty:

Your jewelry is covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. If the original item is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, accidental damage, improper care, exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or damage caused by misuse.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
